How InHabit works for Franchisees

Our focus is ‘putting people into property’. We work with partners, including charities, looking to provide homes for their clients and also individual private tenants. Our Franchisees work in a number of ways, including sourcing and purchasing property, refurbishment and repair, sourcing tenants, managing the lettings process and facilitating property sales.

You’ll benefit from our experience and expertise in franchising, property investment and refurbishment, as well as group buying power and being part of a community. We’ll also mentor and support you through developing a portfolio of investors and property, while helping you manage effective refurbishment to InHabit’s high standards.

 

 

Becoming a franchise owner

We offer a great opportunity, where you can build your own highly successful and profitable business.

As a franchisee you will manage a portfolio of properties in your territory, delivering our outstanding InHabit service levels to both investors and tenants.

You will develop properties, both for yourself and for investors. Some to be retained for rental, some for a capital gain.

You don’t need any background in property as we can teach you all you need to know. You will however require excellent people and project management skills and a passion for delivering outstanding levels of service to your investors and tenants.
